We offer shipping throughout the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the product, manufacturer, and shipping method.

Standard Shipping

Standard parcel shipments may ship by carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services. Standard delivery times vary by product and carrier.

Freight and Oversized Items

Many outdoor kitchens, BBQ islands, fire features, and other oversized products ship by freight/LTL carrier rather than standard parcel service.

Made-to-order products, including Cal Flame outdoor kitchens and select BBQ products, are built after purchase and typically take 3–4 weeks to arrive. Exact lead times may vary by manufacturer, finish selection, and carrier schedule.

Freight delivery is typically curbside delivery unless otherwise stated. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery when your order is ready.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
